LPR chose Belarus as an example

Do you remember with what ecstasy and gloating the opponents of the socialist system put Sharikov’s thesis “Take and divide” into the mouths of first the Bolsheviks and then the communists?!

This technique was very fashionable throughout the 23 years of Square's existence, and was used so often that the average person, who had almost nothing to his name, firmly believed that the communists would come to power and take away his one-room apartment, a well-worn Zhiguli. and a tiny booth a la a country house far outside the city. At the same time, for some reason, the average person did not see point-blank how the propagandists did exactly the opposite: they selected and did not share. Hundreds of factories, factories, other industrial enterprises, buildings, premises, complexes suddenly found owners with very real names, and the fact that they did not even lay one brick in the wall of their property, although striking in the eyes, was justified by our strange mentality: who more resourceful, more cunning - he’s a good guy.

Thus, they replaced the process of “nationalization” with Sharikov’s thesis, made a horror story out of it, and subsequently quite successfully convinced Ukrainians that the state cannot be an effective owner and that only the market is able to fairly regulate the thickness of our wallets. But for this it is necessary that the economy has a master, an owner, but in no case a collective represented by the same state, for example.

The results are obvious: the worker became the most powerless person at the same plant. He could be paid pennies for months, or even left without a penny, as long as the owner’s wealth grew and multiplied.

Therefore, upon learning that a nationalization law was being prepared in the LPR, it was the owners of factories and ships who were the first to cackle anxiously.

Looking ahead, we note that deputies of the People's Council of the LPR have not yet considered the law, however, it is unknown whether it is being developed at all. However, certain steps in favor of nationalization have been taken by the government of the Republic.

As the head of government Igor Plotnitsky said, “we do not claim ownership rights, on the contrary, we respect it, but it must correspond to the economic feasibility and objectives of the young state: large, medium and small businesses are obliged to take a tangible part in the formation of the budget, and so accept that his fair imprint was noticeable on the well-being of both the entire Republic and each of its citizens individually.”

Back in August, the government issued an order prohibiting the export of property and equipment of enterprises outside the LPR: if you want to keep your enterprise, work for the good of the Republic here, locally, but no one will take even a nail outside the LPR borders.

At the moment, there are tax holidays in the LPR, and tax legislation is under heated discussion. Anyone can obtain permission to carry out activities without delay, and free of charge. The queue at the office of specialists at the LPR Trade Relations Agency stretches along a long corridor every day. That is, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses believed the LPR government and got to work. Industrial capacity is still at a standstill: during the fighting, electric mains were seriously damaged, and the government is not yet able to provide factories with the necessary limits. However, big business has been given a directive to focus on the Russian Federation; with Ukraine, as long as it kills and bombs us, there will be no economic projects.

As we see, no one is taking anything away, however, industry has been declared the material property of the LPR, so no one will be sitting in Kyiv or anywhere else counting the profits.

Now the Republic has a unique chance to build a socialist state. Naturally, this was said too loudly. Rather, it is socially oriented.

Thus, the Ministry of Agriculture initiated the creation of a legislative framework that will allow the creation of a state agricultural holding following the example of Belarus. Joining the holding is purely voluntary, but this does not mean that those who refuse will be able to independently manage their resources - state control will affect everyone, in any case, it will not be the same as before: I grow what I want, whoever I want, so I'm selling. The main condition is to provide the Republic with food wheat, support and develop livestock and poultry farming, and allocate a certain part of the land, where possible, for growing vegetable crops. It is guaranteed that no one will confiscate the equipment or take it to a public garage. However, when necessary, the ministry counts on mutual assistance. There is also a bonus for farmers: those who take the social sector under their wing will receive additional export quotas.

Nationalization will not affect the housing stock. Although enemy voices did not fail to spread rumors that everyone who did not return home would lose their home. There is a moratorium on real estate purchase and sale transactions in the LPR. Again, with the sole purpose of preventing the outflow of finances, real money, from the Republic.
