London Echo: There is no money in Ukraine, but debts will have to be paid
The Ukrainian authorities understand that the High Court of London will most likely make a decision in favor of Russia and are trying to delay its adoption. Russia's permanent representative to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov, stated this on the Rossiya-24 TV channel.

“The nervousness with which this decision was perceived by the Ukrainian side suggests that they understand that they do not have much chance of winning this lawsuit. Naturally, they are interested in delaying in every possible way the decision, which, as they assume, and as we hope, will be in favor of Russia,” Chizhov said.
He recalled that Ukraine was faced with serious financial problems after the IMF decided to postpone the allocation of the next billion-dollar tranche as part of the macro-financial assistance program.
“And following the IMF, a similar decision was made by the EU, which links its assistance to Ukraine with the position of the IMF. So, no money is expected in the near future, and if another 3 billion needs to be paid to Russia with interest, then the Ukrainian leaders will become very sad,” Chizhov.
As PolitNavigator reported, Kyiv admitted that Ukraine's financial disaster will approach by leaps and bounds.
