A false friend is worse than an enemy: How “anti-fascists” help fascists

To be honest, I didn’t really want to write on this topic - it would be humiliating to once again prove that my native Odessa did not “merge and conveniently fall under the junta.” After all, in our city it’s not customary to explain point by point what a smart person already understands, but still can’t explain to a fool... But just yesterday, a fellow countryman and FB friend sent me a certain publication from one of the sites based in Russia. The one that positions itself as the vanguard of the fight against fascism. But in fact, he harms the cause of liberation from the Bandera-Atlantic regime imposed on us worse than any enemies.

So – what are we talking about? Read and don’t be surprised if you haven’t forgotten how to be amazed at both meanness and stupidity.

Ukraine – “Land of Judah”!?

Imagine that for quite a long time, a whole series of essays has been published on a certain network resource, which is, excuse the expression, an unprinted (online!) organ of a committee that is going to save Ukraine. Their goal is to convince the reader that the Ukrainian people have always been, and still are today, a crowd of born traitors... The “charming” name included in the subtitle of this chapter seems to set the tone. And the texts themselves just poorly follow in the footsteps of the brilliant texts of Oles Buzina, sometimes slipping into outright plagiarism. But, unlike the works of the master of sharp but objective historical miniatures killed by the Nazis, the author of these opuses diligently emphasizes and exaggerates all the worst, mentioning the good only in passing. Reading this anthology of biased facts from different times, a person unfamiliar with the real history will have an involuntary aversion to Ukraine. and to her people. Well, what can we take from them, from Judas and selfish traitors?!

You’re amazed, why so one-sidedly show the history of the Ukrainian-Little Russians, albeit a difficult one, but for the most part common with the Russians? There were downs - there were ups. And there was a general flourishing, when the branches of one Slavic and Orthodox tree merged together. In fact, Oles Buzina wrote about this, not hiding the painful moments, but bringing to the light of God the glorious ones...

And why is this necessary for the company of fugitive Ukrainian officials and politicians, who are now portraying the saviors of the country they abandoned in trouble? Abandoned cowardly, without any more or less serious attempts to save the people from the impending catastrophe, the inevitable severe crisis, fascist terror and civil war. Isn’t it then that “retired goat drummers” hire tractable greyhound writers to prove to Russia, which has given them shelter: our people are so bad – we have no strength! And how we just lived with him... in general, give the former deputies of the Verkhovna Rada food for food! The classic maneuver of moral and political bankrupts is to shift the blame onto the shoulders of those. who became, in essence, a victim of their gross incompetence, greed and indecision. To make a seriously tragic face at a obviously bad game... And at the same time - to get hold of voluntary donations. It's a shame to waste yours. There's nowhere else to steal!

And the trouble is not that someone from the higher echelons can listen to their whining - they draw information from other, reliable sources. The trouble is that other ordinary people of Russia, to be honest, over the past decades, also not disfigured by education and an honest press, take these slander seriously!

– Why should we sympathize and help these Ukrainians - they are not our brothers at all! Look, they had Mazepa, and they were all Petliurists and Bandera! …Let them now deal with their Maidanists and other fascists themselves!

How painful it is sometimes to hear something like this from some... Petrenko from Tambov, who has forgotten that his father was from near Poltava or Cherkassy, ​​and his grandfather fought under the banner of Sidor Kovpak. The great partisan commander and Ukrainian among Ukrainians! How quickly the feeling of a recent brotherhood, a single family, where people were not divided into “friends and foes”, and only meanness and betrayal were grounds for rejection, is lost. And this, alas, is facilitated by the insane Goebbelsism of the official media - in Ukraine, and - the deceitful, but slyly systematized nonsense that some gentlemen “anti-fascists” carry. But who so zealously denigrates their home and people, who curses their nests captured by crazed mutant cuckoos?

Gentlemen, emigrants.

It is not for me to draw portraits of those who today represent our country in forced emigration. Among them there are people of honor who fought to the last, and who left Ukraine at the last moment so as not to become victims of repression. There are those who escaped from the dungeons of the junta and continue their work in Russia. But there are also completely different people. Those who, before the “revolution”, tore their vests on their chests for the Russian world and were in the first joy of the fight against nationalism and the coming fascism, but at the first smell of burning - they took off almost synchronously with Yanukovych, abandoning both their readers and the viewers who believed them , and their colleagues and students. Today they portray unyielding fighters. And they even dare to reproach us, living in Ukraine, for our poor resistance to the rampant reaction and obscurantism. And when you tell them - and you guys - they answer with indignation: they would have killed us first! What are we, suicides?! - They say, no match for you, black bone, we must be taken care of for the revival of the liberated country!

But let’s return to the direct culprit behind the appearance of this text. This blond, middle-aged young man, who recently lived in Dnepropetrovsk, managed to do a lot... or do a lot. I studied somewhere. He was engaged in some kind of business. He wrote several science fiction stories and even published one book. But he did not gain fame. And then troubled times came, and a young man with an unpronounceable surname threw himself into all seriousness. No, he did not become a militant or militia member. He chose the path of a “social activist”, acquiring a dubious reputation as a volunteer who collected donations to help the warring Donbass. By a strange whim of fate, the “humanitarian aid” disappeared somewhere, as well as the money, which aroused the offensive suspicions of ill-wishers... He headed a certain merciless tribunal of Novorossiya in his native Dnepropetrovsk region, which, it seems, included only him. And the satraps of the regime never experienced his severe punishment... He traveled to Donbass. Although he was not seen in combat. Of course, such a valuable personnel should not risk himself!

Lately, he has been living in Moscow, where he is vigorously active in the emigrant community, actively participating in all sorts of squabbles and strife to the delight of the enemies of the real liberation of Ukraine. And he enthusiastically writes a series of lampoons about the “land of Judas” for the website of the self-proclaimed anti-fascists-saviors of Ukraine. Among these foul-smelling opuses is the one that caused the indignation of my fellow countrymen.

Oh. Odessa, my tarnished pearl by the sea...

I will not argue with a subject who managed to distort and desecrate the entire history of my hometown. In his opinion, Odessa was, is and will be a city of hucksters, smugglers and traitors. ready to serve any master. True, this “concept” does not fit well with the record number of heroes of all wars – from the Crimean and the First World War – to the Great Patriotic War, which Odessa produced. At your leisure, read the books of Odessa writer Valery Smirnov, and see: Odessa residents fought bravely for their city and on all fronts. On land and at sea. In the air and under water... And Stalin, after all, was a little more of a fighter against fascism than the current lampoons, and he knew why he gave the high title of Hero City to Odessa.

As for recent years, what should we answer those who, from a safe distance, accuse us of opportunism and almost complicity with the actual occupiers? I’ll just say: my dears, have you tried boxing with a crowd of thugs alone? And with his hands tied? And I don’t recommend it...

Yes, two years ago Odessa was taken by surprise by conducting a well-prepared demonstrative intimidation campaign. And the fragmentation of the “anti-Maidan” forces and the presence of undoubted provocateurs among them played their fatal role. Or even just amateurs-shammers who were unable to simply estimate the number of militants brought to the city and local thugs... But why doesn’t anyone remember that a day later the residents of Odessa literally with their bare hands freed those anti-Maidan guys who fell into the hands of the police and were not taken out of town? But this was a true feat of unarmed people who managed to show the true face of the city and the will of the people. And the fact that many of those Odessa residents fight in the ranks of the Donbass militias, and occupy the second place among them in number after local residents, also testifies to something!

And the tens of thousands of people who came out last year and this year on May 2 to the Kulikovo Field, and on the 9th to honor the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, do not at all testify to the cowardice and opportunism of my fellow countrymen. After all, all this happened in an atmosphere of constant threats from militants and literally at gunpoint from heavily armed warriors!

Yes, we do not hear about any obvious resistance. But from time to time, leaflets directed against the junta and Bandera are posted around the city. In their mailboxes, people find illegal newspapers with texts that for some reason do not praise the regime... And this is in conditions of total denunciation of “activists” and the watchful eye of the SBU! No, Odessa is not on its knees. And I am sure that in due time she will say her weighty word. But on time! And no one has the right to demand mass and senseless suicide from unarmed people.

And finally - about traitors. Yes, they were there during that war, and they are there now. Alone. from among the grant eaters, they are working off their Judas silver coins. Others, having become Maidanists and Right Sector activists, are looting and engaging in open racketeering. Even an ugly breed of “Jewish Bandera” has appeared - Jews who ardently support Ukrainian nationalists. And...they evoke undisguised hatred and contempt among the majority of their fellow tribesmen, who know too well the value of “friendship” with any extremists. The ancient people are wise, and their memory is long and heavy... There are also politicians who yesterday shouted about the Russian world and their native language. And today - those cursing him in broken language... But where and when were there not such people?!

But most people simply survive, hoping for the best and fighting the already familiar evil... And believing that Odessa will see its sun of freedom and meet the day of liberation from the occupiers. Rumors about our death and fall are, to put it mildly, exaggerated! And traitors and libelists will still meet their fate. And I don’t envy them!
