Lutsenko threatens to put arrests of people's deputies on the assembly line in the fall
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko promises to increase the number of submissions to the Verkhovna Rada for the arrest of people's deputies by the fall.

He stated this at a meeting of the committee on regulations and organization of work of the Rada.
“Unfortunately, I must say that such performances will increase by the fall,” Lutsenko said.
At the same time, he asked the people's deputies to develop a bill that would formally regulate the issue of compliance of drawing up applications for detention and arrest in relation to people's deputies with the norms of the law on regulations and the criminal procedure code.
“Unfortunately, the arrest does not comply with the current list of the Criminal Procedure Code only because the law on regulations does not correspond to this,” Lutsenko noted.
