About this Lutsenko reported on his Facebook page.
“He submitted a submission to the Verkhovna Rada to provide consent to prosecute, detain and arrest People’s Deputy Dobkin, whose actions show signs of a deliberate conspiracy by a group of persons to abuse their official position and facilitate fraud in order to seize 78 hectares of land in the city of Kharkov with a standard value of more than 220 million UAH,” he wrote.
In a comment to the message, Lutsenko noted that the Verkhovna Rada committee plans to consider one prosecutor’s submission to people’s deputies per day, starting from July 3. Therefore, the Verkhovna Rada will have time to vote on lifting Dobkin’s immunity during the last week of its work before the holidays.
As of today, the GPU is asking to lift immunity from the following people’s deputies:
•Andrey Lozovoy (Radical Party faction);
•Evgeniy Deydey (Popular Front faction);
•Maxim Polyakov (Popular Front faction);
•Borislav Rosenblat (Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction).
