Lutsenko: Ukraine's victory in Donbass is close. The West is already helping

Kyiv, July 20 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Ukraine’s victory in Donbass is close, said Yuriy Lutsenko, adviser to President Petro Poroshenko.

“We have surrounded the terrorists and will complete this matter... Reserves were brought up and a regrouping was carried out... We see a dismembered enemy group, new equipment that has entered there,” he said on the 1+1 TV channel.

Lutsenko said that the West is already helping Ukraine with arms supplies.

“The embargo on the supply of precision weapons to Ukraine has been lifted, this means that Europe has identified a common enemy,” he said.

When asked by the TV presenter to clarify what kind of weapon we were talking about, Lutsenko replied: “this is a secret question.”

“There is inspiration in the troops... Every town taken fills people with confidence that the end of the war is not far,” assured Lutsenko.
