The leader of the BPP faction in the Rada, Yuriy Lutsenko, stated this before the congress of the Poroshenko Bloc, the 112 Ukraine channel reports.
“Ukraine will calmly move to another phase, which will not rely on the Minsk agreements. As you know, the Minsk agreements expire on December 31. Let's wait until December 31, while there is a chance to restore territorial integrity through the Minsk agreements, I will not let this chance disappear. December 31 is the last day of the opportunity to achieve peace and territorial integrity of Ukraine through the Minsk agreements. At the moment, neither Putin nor his puppets are honoring the agreements. On January 1, I will tell you the next plan,” Lutsenko said.
Let us recall that Petro Poroshenko previously stated that there would be no continuation of the Minsk process in 2016, and the obligations of both parties specified in the “Package of Measures” must be fulfilled by the end of 2015.
For their part, the DPR, LPR and Russia put forward an initiative to extend the Minsk process for next year, since the unproductive work of the subgroups of the negotiation process is slowing down the implementation of the agreements.
