Lutsenko explained why he gave back with Mosiychuk and Lyashko
The Prosecutor General’s Office will not forward representations to people’s deputies Oleg Lyashko and Igor Mosiychuk, who initiated NABU and SAP. for consideration by parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.
He noted that “the list of submissions is currently exhausted.”
“I can confirm that there was a complaint against MP Lyashko, initiated by NABU and SAP, as well as against deputy Mosiychuk, initiated by NABU and SAP. For both of these ideas, the legal analysis of the GPU showed incompleteness and lack of evidence (the evidence base - ed.). Therefore, I cannot provide the relevant documents for consideration by the session,” Lutsenko said.
Earlier, the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine returned for revision to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office a proposal to lift the immunity of MP Igor Mosiychuk.
