“I am opposed to any land assistance to Ukraine from NATO countries. On the other hand, I consider it acceptable to provide logistical, technical, advisory assistance for our armed forces, as well as assistance in monitoring “Clear Skies” over our country. This would be a good transition to serious negotiations with the Kremlin on Ukrainian terms,” believes Yuriy Lutsenko.
