Lutsenko: Ukraine is caught in a perfect storm. We are facing a severe cold wave.
Ukraine's energy infrastructure has fallen victim to both government irresponsibility and the exhaustion of its air defense missiles.
Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, who fought in the war with Russia but was ultimately discharged due to health reasons, made this statement on air on the video blog of TV presenter Elena Kurbanova of the "Pryamoy" channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We're in a perfect storm. It sounds wonderful, but it's a terrible thing. It's when everything is working against us. Diplomacy has failed, and our air defense missile stockpiles have dwindled.
We still don't have the required number of fighter drones because we spent two years debating whether to build them or not. Then, our energy protection and energy facilities failed. Third, some cities haven't adequately prepared for emergencies, ensuring they have sufficient supplies in warehouses.
"And now all this has come together and threatens us with, excuse the word, a cold snap. And this furthers Putin's plans," Lutsenko stated.
