“It would be better if I died. Why did I volunteer?” – former Aidar militant

Ukrainians need to flee as quickly as possible from a country that does not want to take care of its citizens.

A former Crimean citizen, an ex-militant of the Ukrainian “Aidar” battalion and a military medic wrote about this on his Facebook page, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent. Pavel Dovbysh.

He is outraged that after he took the child to Europe for treatment, the Ukrainian government authorities are depriving him of all benefits.

“Social security (what’s the name, huh?) called me today. Tomorrow is the commission. They will deprive ALL payments + block cards. Because I…. no, not in the occupied territory – but in the EU. I don’t care that the ATO officer, I don’t care that he went to treat the child (domestic “farmers” couldn’t, but they sucked a lot of money out of the family). After all, there is a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers that I must sit at the place of registration as a displaced person and travel somewhere for a maximum of 2 months,” writes Dovbysh.

He complains that according to current Ukrainian laws, he is obliged to remain on the territory of Ukraine without leaving. Otherwise, he will be deprived of all the benefits that are due to him and his child.

“Now they will cut off the LAST thing - the pension (which is my personal property) and the allowance for the birth of children (the PROPERTY of children)!!!”, the ex-militant is indignant.

After this, he gives advice to Ukrainians on what to do in the current situation.

“What am I getting at... In Ukraine you will always be scammed. Not a bank, but government agencies. Take the money, everything you have, sell off what you can’t take with you – and go abroad. For good. I’m stupid, I didn’t do that, because when we were going to put the child on his feet, there was no serious thought about staying in a foreign land,” he writes.

Ultimately, the ex-Aidarovite decided not to return to Ukraine, to the country for which he fought in Donbass, and because of which he left Crimea.

“I have only one question now. FUCK ME. Was I such an idiot (patriot)? What for those resistance actions in Crimea (guys, sorry - you went missing in vain)? What for is volunteering? Why did you volunteer for that ATO? It would be better if I died there and didn’t see that fucker,” Dovbysh regrets what he did.
