The “best drones” turned out to be powerless against Russian electronic warfare systems.
Ukrainian military experts trumpet their “successes” - the country, they say, creates the best drones, but they are still “landed” by Russian electronic warfare systems.
The president of the organization of arms manufacturers, Vadim Kodachigov, stated this on air on the ICTV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine now has some of the best unmanned aircraft. Ukraine has quite good developments in the field of ground-based unmanned vehicles - armored personnel carriers, anti-tank systems. Now developments are underway on marine complexes, which will, again, be unmanned,” Kodachigov said.
At the same time, he immediately clarified that all of them are powerless against Russian electronic warfare systems.
“The Russians have put this on stream - they have such complexes as Borisoglebsk-2, Krasukha, and Rosehip-Aero. These are just means of electronic warfare. They spare no expense on this. Their complexes are quite powerful. The interference turns on and the drones go down,” the expert said.
Military expert of the Information Resistance group Konstantin Mashovets agrees with him.
“They can do anything with the help of radio-electronic means. To bring down computer networks, to paralyze the work of industry and the country’s defense departments,” admitted Mashovets.
