The police found a parcel with a deadly cargo at a postal warehouse in the city of Vladimir-Volynsky. Law enforcement officers evacuated the people who worked in the premises. In the parcel, operatives found five kilograms of TNT, 180 cartridges for a Kalashnikov assault rifle, as well as five F-1 grenades and one RGD-5.
The sender was a 22-year-old mobilized soldier from the ATO zone. The guy allegedly found the ammunition on the battlefield. And another serviceman, he is from Lutsk, kept 10 grenades at his home. Law enforcement officers found them in a closet. The man, the police said, recently returned from the ATO zone. Where he got the ammunition and why he brought it home is still unknown. Criminal proceedings have already been opened against the military - both face up to five years in prison.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier in Kharkov, fighters from the ATO zone were detained with 12 kg of drugs.
