The best Ukrainian singer Ani Lorak is being persecuted in Ukraine for her concerts in Russia
Chernivtsi Bandera “activists” are asking the local mayor’s office not to restore the “star” of the popular Ukrainian singer Ani Lorak on the Walk of Fame, which was previously destroyed by unknown vandals.

Last winter, vandals arbitrarily removed the singer’s “star” from the concrete of the sidewalk. And now Bandera’s supporters have sent a letter to the City Executive Committee demanding that they officially formalize the dismantling of the sign recognizing the merits of the artist, who was born in the Chernivtsi region.
Chernivtsi nationalists even collected about 300 signatures for the dismantling of the Lorak “star”.
The singer's father Miroslav Kuek is shocked by this behavior of his fellow countrymen. According to him, Ani Lorak, performing in other countries, including Russia, went on stage with a blue and yellow ribbon on her hand. “In Ukraine they beat their own,” Kuek wrote on the social network Facebook.
A real campaign of persecution against Ani Lorak has unfolded in Ukraine: she is criticized by nationalists for her regular concerts in Russia.
