Kyiv, December 12 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Russia will eventually agree to include the Donetsk and Lugansk regions into its composition. Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vladimir Bortko stated this on the air of the talk show “Politics with Pyotr Tolstoy”.
