Lugansk, July 18 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Recently, 44 civilians have become victims of military operations in Lugansk, not taking into account today’s victims, and 215 people have been injured.

10 km of electric transport contact lines, 19 km of power lines, 17 thousand square meters of road surface, 6 boiler houses, 11 electrical substations, and 4 water supply facilities were damaged.
As Navigator reported, intense shelling of Lugansk has continued since the morning. According to preliminary information, more than 20 civilians were killed. Due to an accident at a substation, there were interruptions in electricity and water in the city.
