In particular, today two multi-storey buildings in the Zhukov quarter came under fire in Lugansk. This was reported by local residents of Lugansk who remain in the city for now.

“I decided to walk around the Zhukov quarter. On August 17, buildings No. 12 and 14 were damaged here. If you look carefully through the windows, you can see a hole in the roof. And the second entrance became the epicenter of damage to houses. House No. 11 in the Molodezhny quarter was also damaged,” city residents write on social networks.

As Navigator reported, yesterday in Lugansk the Regional Children's Hospital and the Central Market were on fire. In Kyiv they claim that ATO forces have entered the city, but militias and local residents deny this information.
