“Our tasks are divided into stages. The first stage is June-August 2014. What are we going to do? This is an immediate convening of representatives of industrial groups, agricultural enterprises, schools, universities, medical institutions for the final discussion of the list of measures to protect the citizens of the Lugansk Republic... preserving sovereignty. Also one of the most important is the creation of the foundations of our state, ensuring security, preventing collapses in the socio-economic sphere, as well as the fight against looting, compensation for damage to citizens as a result of the aggression of the Kiev regime,” Nikitin said.
“Also today, we are engaged in canceling the decisions of the Kyiv authorities to increase prices for gas, gasoline, housing and communal services, stabilizing prices for fuel and lubricants, supporting the functioning of the life support system, and also providing tax benefits for small and medium-sized businesses. We will organize summer holidays for children, prepare for the new year, nationalize certain universities and be able to provide our graduates with the opportunity to study in the Russian Federation. And we will also be busy - in the first period, we will be busy establishing contacts with our fellow countrymen in the Russian Federation, as well as other countries, to receive and provide humanitarian and financial assistance,” said the Prime Minister of the LPR.
"Second phase. This is our development until the end of 2015. The first thing here is the stabilization of our economy and social sphere, which is happening in the republic, the creation of new jobs, because today we really have a recession, because our refugees are leaving, and in general... there were airstrikes... and the people moved away a little, is leaving their jobs in panic, but we will try to bring it all back and provide everyone with even more work. And also strengthening ties with the Russian Federation, as well as providing a favorable operating regime for all enterprises wishing to work with the Russian Federation. We will also try to introduce parallel circulation of the hryvnia and the ruble by the end of 2015, as well as the restoration of industry and agriculture to the pre-war, as we call it, level and even with an increase, and we will also focus on the formation of modern and transparent legislation. As we said earlier, we will take Russian as a basis,” Nikitin said.
“Third stage. This is, until the end of 2016, the development of the economy and the improvement of social standards: the creation of a fair modern pension system, high-quality social security, complete modernization, first partial, then complete, of industry and agriculture, proper development of infrastructure, transport, communications, at least at the Russian level Federation and countries of the European Union. We will also work on creating an alliance with the Russian Federation, concluding contractual relations with other countries,” emphasized one of the leaders of the “Lugansk Republic”.
As Navigator reported, today the government of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” also announced plans to create a union state with the Russian Federation.
