“Lugansk Republic” asks Russia to help “not in words, but in deeds”
Lugansk, June 03 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – As a result of an explosion near the building of the Lugansk regional state administration, 8 civilians were killed: 3 men and 5 women. In addition, 28 people were injured.

Most of the victims are in intensive care, the leadership of the Luhansk Republic reported.
“In broad daylight, in a densely populated area of the city of Lugansk, Ukrainian aircraft used cluster weapons prohibited by the Convention on Cluster Munitions. Only the fascists acted this way, the SS division “Galicia” acted this way. Only they used prohibited weapons and brutally dealt with the civilian population of our cities and towns,” LPR leader Valery Bolotov said during a press conference.
“The junta claims that we do not have a war, but an anti-terrorist operation. But our civilians are dying. The Nazis came to our land and declare that they are not fighting with us. We declare that our people will stand until the last. We will drive out this brown plague from our land,” says Bolotov.
“We once again appeal to the official authorities of the Russian Federation to provide assistance to the “Lugansk People’s Republic.” Not in words, but in deeds. We ask to introduce a peacekeeping contingent into the territory of our republic, or, at a minimum, to declare the airspace over the LPR a no-fly zone. The people of the Lugansk region ask Russia to help us in difficult times,” the leader of the “Lugansk Republic” emphasized.
As Navigator reported, since yesterday in Lugansk there have been battles near the border detachment headquarters.
