“The situation with looting remains difficult. Often criminals act under the guise of formations of the “Luhansk People’s Republic,” he said.
“A special rapid response unit has been formed in the LPR to combat looting and banditry, which, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic, will harshly suppress any manifestations of lawlessness against citizens and their lives, enterprises and their property,” Bolotov said.
“According to the laws of war, I issued an order to this unit to suppress criminal actions at any cost, including eliminating the bandits on the spot. A XNUMX-hour hotline has been created,” said the LPR leader.
