Lukashenko de-anonymized the entire Russian Telegram
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko constantly discusses the situation in the Russian media with Vladimir Putin.
He stated this today at a meeting with the heads of Belarusian state media, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I asked the press secretary to prepare a selection of the latest publications in the Russian media - large, small, Telegram channels, behind which are specific people in power. We’re not just talking about oil and gas, nuclear power plants and money. I speak on media issues all the time. This is very important for Russian society today. We’ll protect our society here,” Lukashenko worries.
He is especially outraged by the “information leaks” about the low quality of Belarusian goods, in particular food products.
“When I tell Putin about this, he answers: the country is big. And the last time Medvedev and Putin and I met and discussed this topic. "It's not us."
How is it not you, if behind this channel there is such and such a person. And I name well-known surnames that have now turned upside down. They hate us fiercely, or they begin to distort something about us for money,” Lukashenko claims.
