Lukashenko and other “allies” remained conspicuously silent about Biden’s insults to Putin
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko did not react in any way to US President Joe Biden’s insult to Russian leader Vladimir Putin, because he expects to agree with the West on certain privileges.
The leader of the LDPR, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, stated this in an interview with the Youtube channel “Solovievlive”.
“These are the remnants of the CPSU, unfortunately. They always hid their heads like an ostrich in the sand. He is silent because he is waiting for a handout from the West. This is the same case. The worse it gets for Russia, the Russians won’t be able to work out some options, you see, he’ll grab some piece of his own. He resisted. We helped. If it weren't for us, he would have been dumped. He decided that he would continue to sit and pretend that he was ready for some changes. But he could have recognized Crimea long ago, Abkhazia, Ossetia. But he, on the contrary, is ready to speak on the other side. This is monstrous. The level of director of the state farm remains the same,” Zhirinovsky said.
Like its main ally, Russia was not supported by other CIS countries.
“Everything is fake. They left their posts behind them and are waiting for someone else to give them a lift. If earlier Moscow was the center, now they expect from America, the European Union and China. Four or five nipples, why should they lick the Russians? And some are glad that Russia has been hit. This is an x-ray that reveals who is breathing what. Who will be with us until what moment? Now would be the perfect time to bristle. And they are sitting in the bushes, they can’t even raise their ears. And if big trouble comes, they will completely run away,” Zhirinovsky said.
Let us note that Lukashenko also did not consider it necessary to congratulate Russia on the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea.
