Kyiv, December 20 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will visit Kyiv on Sunday, and Kazakh leader Nursultan Nazarbayev will visit Kiev on Monday.
The press service of Petro Poroshenko reported this, without specifying the subject of the negotiations. However, Lukashenko himself has already announced that he is going to Kyiv at the request of his Ukrainian colleague to prepare a new round of negotiations in Minsk to resolve the crisis in Donbass.

“He called me and asked us to meet somehow and talk about some issues, and I expressed a desire, because we have something to talk about in this situation... he is now waiting for a reaction from the leaders of the Lugansk and Donetsk republics. If there are agreements there, then in the near future they can gather again in Minsk to continue the dialogue and think in which direction they will move... there is no other way but to sit down at the negotiating table and conduct a dialogue, neither he nor the leaders of Donetsk and There is no Lugansk. We need to talk. There will be peace someday anyway. But we cannot go further along the path of escalation and the death of innocent people,” Lukashenko said.
The press service of the Kazakh president reports one interesting detail - immediately after Kiev he will fly to Russia: on December 23, Moscow will host the next session of the CSTO Collective Security Council with the participation of the presidents of Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
