Lukashenko may expel TCG to Chisinau - Kiev political strategist
Against the backdrop of deteriorating Ukrainian-Belarusian relations and mutual calls for sanctions, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko may well deprive Minsk of the status of a negotiating platform on Donbass.
Ukrainian political strategist Andrei Zolotarev spoke about this at a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Let’s not forget that Minsk is also a TCG site. And Lukashenko can ask to vacate the premises at any time. This is quite real.
For now, this remains the case, but given how Moscow makes it clear that you will not mislead us with your maneuvers and intentions to stall for time, and since you call me a self-proclaimed president, then I will show you the door. Solve your problems elsewhere, in Chisinau, for example. They are in no hurry yet, but such a possibility exists,” Zolotarev said.
