Lukashenko: They want to clean us up under the guise of coronavirus psychosis
After Belarus failed to be attacked with “coronapsychosis,” they will try to strangle it economically.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated this during a conversation with veterans in the Brest Fortress, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Under no circumstances should you relax. I warned you two or three months ago that this so-called pandemic would not end here. It's very useful for some people. You'll soon see who. Although we can already see this now. There will be serious pressure, primarily economic. Because it is already dangerous to fight with us, but we need to bend over. They have become too independent...”, Lukashenko is quoted as saying by his official website.
He assured the audience that he could resolve all problems peacefully.
“Don't tense up. We are already stressed enough with this coronavirus psychosis. But the worst thing for us is that they won’t clean us up under this noise. This is the main thing for us,” Lukashenko said.
Previously, he stated that he did not introduce quarantine measures in the country so that “the dollar and ruble would not be brought to Belarus.”
