Lukashenko on the “counter-offensive”: It will get worse next
The counteroffensive that the West pushed Ukraine towards resulted in the destruction of its soldiers and military equipment.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated this today at a meeting with the secretaries of the security councils of the CSTO member states in Minsk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The current moment is characterized by the fact that the West, fighting there (naturally, if there were no Western weapons and mercenaries there, everything would have ended long ago), is waiting for the results of the “counter-offensive.” Three days of “counter-offensive”. What we see and the information I received from the Russian President completely coincide. In three days, about three dozen tanks were destroyed - attacking, Ukrainian. It’s easier to defend than to attack – you understand. 120 or 130 infantry fighting vehicles in three days. And the worst thing is that more than 2 Ukrainians died. 100 2! On this side there are a little more than 100. Here is the result of this attempt at a “counter-offensive,” Lukashenko said.
He still considers the Ukrainian counter-offensive a big fake.
“I have always said that the “counterattack” is a big misinformation. There is no “counterattack” and there cannot be. And if - here is the result in three days.
And the most important thing is silence on the fourth or fifth day. What does this mean? We suffered a serious defeat, sat down and thought, what to do next?
The West has clung to Ukraine with reinforced concrete in order to crush Russia under itself and wipe its feet on it. But this won't happen. You know the Russians, you know us – we will not kneel. Therefore, we need to negotiate while it is possible. It will get worse,” Lukashenko said.
