Lukashenko turned out to be an active carrier of coronavirus
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he has already recovered from coronavirus.
He made this statement today at a meeting with personnel of the special forces brigade in Uruchye, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The most amazing thing is that you meet a person who managed to survive the coronavirus on his feet. The doctors made this conclusion. Asymptomatic. As I said, 97% of the population suffers this infection asymptomatically. Thank God that I managed to get into this cohort,” Lukashenko rejoices.
Just in case, he emphasized that his hoarse voice was solely because he had to talk a lot.
The head of Belarus did not specify how many people he could have infected without going into self-isolation. In addition, no one has ever seen him wearing a mask.
