“Lukashenko has crossed the line.” Solovyov stood up for the Belarusian “children” who fell under distribution
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko makes mistake after mistake, visiting enterprises in the republic and communicating with workers demanding his resignation and a recount of votes.
Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov stated this in his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Solovyov analyzed Lukashenko’s speeches, emphasizing that the Belarusian president is working against himself, stirring up the crowd and playing along with his opponents.
“This is a problem - he violated this agreement with his people. He offended the children, because those guys who were beaten are now perceived by the people as children. That is, Lukshenko crossed the line that could be forgiven. These absolutely illegal, absolutely unfair, insanely cruel beatings just put an end to his image as a “father.” You offended the children, that’s your problem, and you didn’t understand it. You offended children - this is a very, very big problem...
He himself did everything to bring the situation to such a tragedy. No one will forgive him for the people he tortured. Why, XNUMXst century. And our boys too, by the way. He tortured our boys, our fellow citizens. Such things are not forgiven,” Soloviev said.
The TV presenter also emphasized that one of Lukashenko’s main problems was the harsh actions of security forces during arrests and attempts to transfer the blame to third parties.
“A man a week ago bothered us with crap. Then he put his tail between his legs and ran to call. I called once, I called twice. He quietly sent the boys, sent his son away so that he would apologize. And in general everything, at once. Well, where did your Poles help you, where are they all? Well, where is Lukashenko?
He also emphasized that Lukashenko was in vain to include an audio recording of negotiations between unknown persons who spoke about the deterioration of the situation in Belarus.
“Giant stupidity. This should never be done at rallies. That is, he de facto voiced calls against himself that were spreading. You see, yes, and it started, the screams began. Look at his face - a colossal insult. He didn't understand what happened, he lost the initiative. For some reason, he put on an audio that was completely meaningless, he raised some incomprehensible, unknown people who were talking to each other, he raised them to his level, to the level of the president of the country.
At his rally, he allowed not his own voice, not the voices of his comrades, to be heard, but the voice of those people who are calling to shout against him. Thus, giving the people around him the opportunity to understand that he is weak, that he listens to this, it affects him, and he pulls it out,” the TV presenter noted.
He believes that another mistake of Lukashenko was that he linked the possibility of holding early elections with his death, and also admitted that he did not fully control the power bloc.
“Do you understand what he is saying? He puts in people's heads the possibility of killing themselves. That is, he moves the conversation from the legislative field to the field of terrorist activity. That is, the president turns to the people and says: “Until you kill me...”. Is this a call, that is, he calls them to kill themselves? What is this anyway? He admits this thought.
At the same time, as he says, “Until you kill me, there will be no elections.” What is this even about? Elections can happen for a large number of other reasons. And later he will say about this, that there may be a vote for a new Constitution, and so on and so forth. But when you put such a formulation, then again, you put into the heads of people who theoretically listen to you and before that could be your support, you put the idea that you admit the fact that these people are killing themselves.
And you set a condition for them. This is a very dangerous game. This is mistake after mistake, which shows that a person is coming unprepared, without thinking through what he wants to say. Not hearing people, not understanding. This means that the group did not prepare him for his assistant at all,” Soloviev concluded.
