Lukashenko: “Polish scoundrels want to destroy the EU”
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko accused Poland of seeking to destroy the European Union.
He stated this today at a meeting at the Ministry of Defense, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The situation on the western border is difficult. You see that these Polish scoundrels have already traveled across countries. And yesterday, we noticed where Morawiecki went (Prime Minister of Poland - ed.) - to the UK. I’m sure, look, within a year or two they want, at the instigation of America, to destroy the European Union,” the president noted.
“Americans do not need partners who can become equal to them. As soon as the Europeans introduced their currency, the euro (and this threatens the dollar), problems began in the Euro-Atlantic bloc. I am sure that it is no accident that the UK left the EU. And now the bet is on Poland. They are already beginning to openly declare: subsidies from the European Union will run out, we don’t need it. Everything is being done to destroy the EU,” Lukashenko said.
