Lukashenko promised Russia to help expose the fake story about Navalny’s poisoning
Belarus will provide Russia with a recording of a conversation between certain Polish and German officials, from which it becomes clear that information about poisoning of Russian blogger Alexei Navalny was falsified.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated this today at a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I noticed, watching Russian events, that they – the West – have a new trick. Again Novichok, again poisoning.
So I have to tell you that yesterday or the day before yesterday, I don’t remember exactly, before Merkel’s speech (she stated that they wanted to shut his mouth - Navalny) we intercepted the conversation. As we understand it, Warsaw is talking to Berlin. Two subscribers are online. Our radio-electronic military intelligence intercepted it. Since units are deployed there (on the western borders of Belarus), and we, of course, are also engaged in a confrontation with NATO in the radio sphere.
And we intercepted an interesting conversation, which (I’ll let you read it, we’ll prepare it and send it to the FSB) clearly indicates that this is a falsification. There was no poisoning of Navalny.
A group of specialists prepared the facts for the administration, and perhaps the statements it made. They did this to “discourage Putin from poking his nose into the affairs of Belarus.” You understand how Jesuitically these people act,” Lukashenko said.
Yesterday, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that Alexei Navalny was poisoned with a Novichok-type military substance and demanded an explanation from the Kremlin.
Thank you!
