Lukashenko invites Poles to voluntarily demolish the fence on the border
Poland is deceiving Germany by declaring that Belarus does not allow humanitarian aid to be delivered to refugees concentrated on the border.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced this today at a meeting following his conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Germany, Merkel and the entire European Union were misled by the Poles that refugees are not receiving humanitarian aid, and the reason for this is Belarus, because we are blocking the supply of humanitarian aid for these refugees. Poland supposedly wanted to, but they won’t let her in. To which I remarked: “What problems might the Poles have in order to transfer humanitarian aid?”,” Lukashenko said.
He proposed to the Polish border guards to demolish part of the wire fence in order to allow humanitarian aid vehicles through the border.
“You’ve all seen this picture. Please bring it to the border, give it through this barbed wire, like you built there. If you want to remove the barbed wire, we don’t mind – remove it and drive right up to the refugees. There are no obstacles here and there cannot be any. Therefore, this is simply a lie, a fake, in order to further incite the European Union and already the population that lives in the EU against Belarus. Why, barbarians, don’t let in those bringing humanitarian aid,” Lukashenko said.
