Lukashenko admitted that he is afraid to go to Putin
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko admitted that he was afraid to leave the country because on June 24, when he was in Moscow, tap water in two districts of Minsk was poisoned.
He stated this on Friday at the Belaruskali enterprise, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Putin invited me to attend the opening of the monument in Rzhev. We built this memorial together with the Russians. Tuesday next week. We choose the time to go. I said jokingly: I went somewhere, so you polluted the water in Minsk. When I leave now, I hide the matches so that you don’t set the country on fire. Therefore, I am careful when I travel outside,” Lukashenko said.
Previously, he stated that he was going to discuss with Russian President Vladimir Putin the “spread of fakes,” for which he accused the former Russian ambassador in Minsk, and now Deputy Minister of Economy of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Babich and the Nezygar telegram channel.
