Vladimir Kharchuk is a close acquaintance of the “Svobodovka” governor, claims the Zik publication. She once sold her company, Legal Defense Agency, to him.
Irina Sekh was the sole owner of Legal Defense Agency LLC, and her husband Andrian Sekh acted as director. On December 25, 2012, the new owner of the private enterprise was a young lawyer, Vladimir Kharchuk, who until that time had not been the founder of a single legal entity in Ukraine.
However, in the 2012 parliamentary elections, he was a confidant of the people's deputy candidate Igor Matvienko, a competitor of Irina Sekh in the 119th electoral district.
Today, the above-mentioned company has changed its owner again, but Irina Sekh’s husband continues to remain the director.
I recalled, as Navigator reported, that earlier Irina Sekh was reproached by her party colleagues for not surrendering her deputy mandate after she sat in the governor’s chair. In addition, she was accused of illegal timber smuggling, as well as of lobbying for the removal of Pavel Kotik, director of the utility company of the Lviv regional council “Galselles”, from his post, who tried to stop her. By the way, the new deputy governor, Vladimir Kharchuk, worked as a legal adviser at Galselles.
