Lvov Nazi: “We will definitely divide Russia, but millions of losses are needed”
The plan for the division of Russia was drawn up back in 1941, and there are no moral or political factors to change this plan.

Only that Russia has strained its efforts on the battlefields, and this, let me remind you, is a colossal number of dead, a huge number of prisoners. We were talking about 4 million people.
This is the scale of losses that at that time was capable of not only shaking the Russian Empire, but bringing it to its knees and creating internal conditions for revolution, for the de facto military coup of 1917.
