The decision of the Lviv deputies was sharply criticized by Kiev lawyer Ivan Makar, a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada.
“And after this, someone will say that there, in this regional council, there are not complete idiots? This Treaty, which recognizes Crimea and Donbass as Ukrainian territories, is the legal basis for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and the basis for appeal to international courts. Or perhaps it’s not idiots who sit in the Lvov Rada, but Kremlin agents? And do they really have nothing else to do but deal with national affairs? All these brethren need to be driven out. Drive them out like crazy,” Makar says indignantly.
