Human rights will never be respected in Russia, because society there is “serf rabble.”

There will never be human rights there, because there are no people there. It was tense with people there. What are human rights? For whom? For petitioning serfs? For all that rabble, for serfdom, for all that slavery? There is nothing.

And, in fact, institutionally the West and the world will be stronger, no matter what I said. Of course, this is a civilization that is welcoming, nourishing, that nourishes itself and everything around,” Drozdov concluded.
