“It’s impossible to imagine that in the center of Europe, in the 21st century, unarmed people would be shot with 12-gauge. We had this, and it hasn’t happened for a long time. And I don’t want it all to be just three dots.
And now the whole society is simply approaching the rubicon of consciousness - “what is all this for? Why did a man I know, who was a teacher and was not yet 30 years old, simply pass away? A sniper shot him in the head because this man was simply wearing some kind of jacket, but was not armed.
Why did this man die? For the sake of a European perspective, so that this country in which he no longer lives, so that it has a chance to become better? And people have a question, what is all this for, if nothing has changed, and those people who stood on the Maidan went to their offices and saddled the entire tribute collection scheme, which was built by the Yanukovych regime for three years,” Drozdov said.
