Lviv nationalist activist Viktor Andrusiv stated this in an interview with the Western Ukrainian news agency Gal-info. now working as deputy for humanitarian affairs to the new governor of the Kiev-controlled part of the former Donetsk region.
“I wrote that the residents of Donbass need to be integrated into different environments. Let's just say they are very friendly and united here. This is a well-formed and fairly stable culture. Therefore, I believed that it was necessary to create conditions under which the residents of Donbass would find themselves in a different cultural environment. I proposed creating a voluntary resettlement program, create working and living conditions for residents of Donbass in other regions of Ukraine. But, unfortunately, they did not take advantage of this program. The locals are actually very devoted to this land. It can be amazing how much they stick to their region.”,” laments the loser culture manager from Zhebrivsky’s team.
