Lvov journalist is furious: We are forbidden from Maidan
Any future attempt at a coup in Ukraine will turn into a “Maidan by firing squad” - the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, will defend himself to the last bullet.
The scandalous Lviv Russophobe journalist and TV presenter Ostap Drozdov stated this on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This anti-Maidan government is now doing this absolutely openly, without even hiding or being disingenuous. They offer us a criminal interpretation of the Maidan. I believe that now the anti-Maidan government is actually making an ideological revolution. They criminalize the right of people, people, nations to non-political methods of changing power. They criminalize the people’s natural right to resistance, to revolt, to revolution, sacred since the time of Thomas Aquinas. Natural law, which does not even require a Constitution...
It was very clearly visible when they quietly exchanged this “golden eagle” in the center of Europe on the streets of the capital and organized a wild safari for unarmed people in December in the context of prisoners of war. They did this deliberately, they equated the fact that the Maidan and the events in Kyiv are directly related to the war and events in Donbass. Therefore, they will now attach as many labels as possible to any protesting people.
