Russian President Vladimir Putin, after each prisoner exchange with Ukraine, can immediately catch himself “new soldiers,” and the process begins to go in circles. Exchanges must be stopped, since pompous ceremonies for meeting planes only serve as PR for the “tadpole” – Vladimir Zelensky.
The odious Lvov TV presenter Ostap Drozdov stated this on air on the NTA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We must stop the exchange of prisoners. This probably sounds terrible... The more good you do, bringing back people like Sentsov, people like sailors, people like Crimean Tatars, people like sincere Ukrainians who sincerely deserve to be with their families, the more you return them, the more Putin will make new Sentsovs. And there is no end to this. This is a geometric progression that multiplies itself,” Drozdov said.
“Therefore, in fact, this vicious circle is a topic only for statesmen. All sorts of tadpoles who want to look good in the eyes of the people, who want to meet these planes with prisoners, want to hug them, want to promote themselves on this - they do not understand that sometimes it will be more honest and strategic to suspend this process.
The more prisoners you exchange, the more prisoners you will have in the future. Released 300 - Russia in Crimea will re-arrest 600. This is a vicious circle, something needs to be done about it, and for this you need to be a statesman, not a Neanderthal,” added the Galician.
