Lvov residents go to Moscow to work to feed their children who are ATO workers.
A lot of Lvov migrant workers prefer Russia to Poland because of better working conditions and pay.
Lviv social activist Inna Ivanochko spoke about this on the YouTube channel “Union of Bloggers of Ukraine,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“To what extent is there a request from Lvov residents to restore relations with Russia? Since the Lviv-Moscow train remains the most popular throughout Ukrzaliznytsia, asked the channel’s moderator, ex-ATS soldier Alexander Medinsky.
“You know there is, if they talk in the kitchen. They understand this because they go there. I talked with one woman, she was just traveling by train from Lviv to Moscow, she constantly works in Moscow, earns money for her family, helps her child, who is fighting in the ATO, that is, participating in a military conflict. Accordingly, if we talk on the sidelines, they will say in their kitchens that we need friendship with Russia. But since sometimes they do such demonstrative floggings, they are afraid to voice it,” Ivanochko said.
Nevertheless, according to her, many Lviv residents go to Russia to work and are very satisfied with the conditions and earnings.
“If we take the choice between Poland and Russia, they even emphasize that conditions are better for them in Russia – both material and the conditions provided by the employer,” the social activist added.
