Lviv residents persistently elect a nit as mayor of their city
Lviv mayor Andrey Sadovoy, who gathered exchange the ashes of intelligence officer Nikolai Kuznetsov on captured punitive forces, is a long-time lover of Bandera’s supporters and even at one time awarded a pension to “UPA veterans.”
Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexander Romanovich stated this on air on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is not the first time such statements have been made by Mr. Sadovoy,” the politician noted. – Back in 2008, this man, being the mayor, established a pension for UPA soldiers. And, perhaps, he continues to pay it now. Tax revenues from the residents of Lviv go to the pensions of Bandera’s people.”
According to Romanovich, Sadovoy’s actions fit well into the prevailing trend in today’s Ukraine: “the glorification of Bandera and the UPA.”
“I would say that this is a nit, a nonentity, who has been leading Lvov for many years,” the expert said. “And they choose him - that’s what’s scary.”
Ранее Russian political scientist Dmitry Kulikov called Sadovoy a “bastard” and a “beast.”
