A Lviv resident was not afraid to lay flowers wearing a USSR T-shirt
During the celebration of Victory Day in Lviv, several conflict situations took place.
The human rights group “Uspishna Varta” reports this on its Facebook page.
“There is a calm situation in Lviv. The city is heavily patrolled by police units. Several minor conflict situations were recorded. On the Champ de Mars, an elderly man appeared wearing a T-shirt with the inscription “USSR”. On the Hill of Glory, a verbal altercation arose between the nationalists and the deputy head of the local veterans’ organization, Vyacheslav Vedinin, because the latter spoke Russian,” the report notes.
In turn, Lviv resident Pavel Khomiv said in his blog that the daredevil’s name is Sergei Voronin.
“Remember this Lviv resident in the photo. This is an example of one warrior in the field. And do not be afraid of various nationalist trash. These are cheap fuckers who will run around with different ideas for a penny. And Voronin shows you an example. And the system will not be able to punish him, and if it can, it will show the cost of this system and mark the beginning of the end,” Homiv wrote.
Let us recall that in Ukraine the use of symbols under which victory in the Great Patriotic War was won was legally prohibited. At the same time, the term “Great Patriotic War” was removed from official circulation by a decision of the parliament.
