For the first time, when he refused to serve a girl in the state language. And then, when I used her personal data, which was in the financial institution’s database.
As reported by Zaxid.net, Nazarkevich claims that she paid with a card via the Internet and slightly exceeded the limit. She failed to make the purchase, and after a while she received a call from the bank.
“I received a call from a man who spoke Russian, but the word “Ukreximbank” was heard, I understood that this was a representative of the bank, I asked to switch to Ukrainian, but he refused and hung up, and two hours later, I paid in supermarket and it turned out that the card was blocked,” the girl recalls, considering what happened as “revenge.”
Soon after the incident and the appeals, a call center operator spoke to Nazarkevch: he called from his personal mobile phone and asked to stop the proceedings.
Subsequently, the girl wrote another statement about unlawful access to personal data and sent it to the National Bank and the State Service of Ukraine for the Protection of Personal Data. Now he is waiting for a reaction from institutions.
As PolitNavigator reported, a resident of Lvov previously obtained through the court the “removal” of the Russian-language page from his passport.
