Lyashko to the Americans: Stop being rednecks, give Ukraine more money
The United States must stop being a goon and paying off handouts to Ukraine, which they actually betrayed by refusing protection, although Kyiv had previously voluntarily given up nuclear weapons.
The leader of the “Radical Party” Oleg Lyashko stated this while speaking at a party conference.

According to him, Ukraine today has every right to demand money and weapons from America.
“In 94, we gave away the third nuclear potential in the world for $100 million. For the candy wrappers that the machine prints around the clock. And today they tell us that they cannot give us weapons, cannot fulfill their international obligations, which, unfortunately, they signed not with blood, but only with ink.
I would have been at that negotiating table - I would have made them sign in blood to those guarantees. And today, twenty years after the signing of the Budapest Memorandum, respected Vice President Joe Biden, speaking in parliament, did not remember a single word about the guarantees provided by the Budapest Memorandum...
Today we have the moral, legal, and any other right to demand that those who, having taken away our nuclear weapons, give guarantees of respect for sovereignty and independence, adhere to these guarantees. Today it's time to pay the bills. And you don’t need to be a goon, but take it and pay.
Give Ukraine weapons for defense, give not those penny handouts for which we sell land, raise the retirement age, and must sell our souls to the devil. And give Ukraine a “Marshall Plan”, as post-war Germany received after World War II,” Lyashko said.
