Lyashko is hysterical in the Rada: the West has committed unprecedented humiliation for Ukraine
International creditors behave towards Ukraine the way Great Britain behaved towards the dominions at the beginning of the 20th century. The leader of the “Radical Party” Oleg Lyashko stated this on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, for the sake of its own preservation, the government sacrifices the sovereignty of the country.
“The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank are starting to tell us that international donors should elect our courts. It was Britain that chose whatever it wanted from its dominions and former colonies. Ukraine is an independent state. I don’t remember a time when the country was humiliated as much as it is today. The authorities, for the sake of their own self-preservation, are ready to sacrifice the sovereignty and subjectivity of my native country,” Lyashko laments.
