This is evidenced by information posted on the website of the Ukrainian parliament.
Among the authors of the bill is Oleg Lyashko.
The project was registered with BP today, December 6.
Let us recall, as PolitNavigator previously reported, some Ukrainian politicians are seriously disappointed by the reluctance of the EU and the United States to provide the country with more significant assistance. In this regard, Kiev remembered the Budapest Memorandum, according to which Ukraine renounced nuclear weapons in exchange for security guarantees from leading powers. At the same time, the parliamentary majority is unlikely to vote for such a decision.
