The scandalous politician stated this from the rostrum of the Rada. According to Lyashko, these people should be convicted as accomplices of the “criminal regime of Yanukovych.” The main radical even addressed a corresponding complaint to the President of the United States and the European Commission.
“In the Obolonsky court of Kyiv today the process of considering the case of high treason against Yanukovych continues. I have a simple question: why is only Yanukovych being tried? Why is Boyko, who stole half a billion dollars from the towers, not being tried, and why is Gauleiter Yanukovych Levochkin, who is involved in the crimes of Yanukovych’s gang, not being tried? Why are they sitting in parliament, and Yanukovych is on the run? I believe that this is unfair, so yesterday I signed an appeal to the President of the United States and the European Commission about the introduction of personal sanctions against Lyovochkin and Boyko, who are the pillars of the Yanukovych regime and are responsible for the murders of people on the Maidan, for starting the war in Ukraine. Lyovochkin, Boyko and Firtash must answer in the same way as Yanukovych, and we will achieve this,” the deputy said.
Let us note that not so long ago Lyashko was sponsored by the Firtash-Levochkin group, and their media actively promoted one of the main scandal-mongers in Ukrainian politics.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, Lyashko invited Trump for his future inauguration.
