Lyashko was reminded who saved his ass in prison
The appearance of such characters as Oleg Lyashko in the Ukrainian parliament is a death sentence for Ukrainian politics.

Finding yourself in places not so remote with a similar background, you fall into the category of those who are stuffed and finished, who are given a spoon with a hole in the zone. Only his godfather could save this young man's butt (oper. – ed.) in the red zone. Now let's think about who was the main jailer in our country? This gives birth to an interesting conspiracy theory, from which one can understand all the further actions of this character in politics,” the political scientist noted.
He recalled that after his release from the colony, Lyashko was the editor of the radical and oppositional newspaper “Svoboda” to the Kuchma regime, which went “beyond all conceivable and inconceivable boundaries,” and “received a ticket to big politics from the hands of Yulia Vladimirovna.”
“The presence of such a farmed character in the Verkhovna Rada is a comprehensive verdict on Ukrainian politics and an explanation of why the Rada is doing anything but fulfilling what they promised people and not implementing state programs,” Zolotarev added.
Let us note that the mentioned “chief jailer” is, apparently, Vladimir Levochkin, who ended his career as chairman of the State Department for the Execution of Punishments and was considered close to President Leonid Kuchma.
