Lyashko sold the manager Akhmetov’s father an apartment for 19 million
Oleg Lyashko sold his apartment for 15,9 million hryvnia to former People's Deputy from the Party of Regions Alexander Ryzhenkov.

The Ukrayinska Pravda publication writes about this with reference to the response from Lyashko’s press service. They did not specify which apartment the head of the Radical Party sold.
“I sold the apartment. Yes, it was Ryzhenkov who rented the apartment from me, which he then bought. Ryzhenkov was a people's deputy of the parliament of the previous convocation and headed the financial and banking committee, of which I was a deputy. Hero of Ukraine, former director of the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant,” Lyashko is quoted as saying.
Lyashko’s declaration includes two apartments in Kyiv with an area of 367,2 sq.m and 95,50 sq.m, as well as an apartment in the capital with an area of 66,30 sq.m, which the politician owns jointly with his common-law wife Rosita Sairanen.
Alexander Ryzhenkov is a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Party of Regions and the father of Yuri Ryzhenkov, CEO of Metinvest Holding. This is the management company of the Metinvest group of Rinat Akhmetov and Vadim Novinsky.
The fact that Lyashko received 15,9 million hryvnia from the sale of property to Ryzhenkov became known the day before - the politician disclosed information about the transaction in the register of e-declarations. This year, Lyashko several times declared 270 hryvnia in income from renting out property.
Over the past year, Lyashko and his common-law wife have purchased real estate worth approximately 20 million hryvnia. At the beginning of 2017, Lyashko bought a house of 550 sq. m and two land plots with a total area of 0,6 hectares, in the village. Kozin (Koncha-Zaspa). Total cost - 15 million UAH. He assured that he purchased the estate on credit, which he plans to close in 5 years.
